Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver from our warehouse in Germany to  the  following countries:  Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark, 

How much is your shipping fee?
We do not charge shipping costs to the  following countries: .

When will I receive my shipment(s)?

Shipping time is 2-5 business days.

Depending on circumstances such as distance, local holidays and other external factors beyond the control of Egyptian Queen Store and the shipping service, delivery takes 5-9 days.

  • The delivery time information is an estimate. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on a specific day.
  • Normally, your order will be delivered to your front door by a third-party provider (e.g. UPS, DPD, DHL) at the address you provided. If you have ordered large pieces of furniture, we may also use a furniture transport company.

What happens if the parcel service loses my package?

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for further assistance.

How will my package be delivered?

Your item(s) will be shipped via UPS, DPD, DHL or Amazon Logistics.

Can I choose the delivery service for the delivery myself?

You can leave us a message when placing your order to let us know which company you want. If the logistics company you specified does not meet our shipping conditions, we will automatically choose the logistics company that can ship for you.


If I order multiple items at once, will they be delivered at the same time?

Probably not. After the packages are sent, there will be separate deliveries as each package is considered a separate shipment by the logistics company

How do I know which products are sent in multiple packages?

If the product is shipped in multiple packages, this will be stated on the product page. Usually, products such as garden sets, trampolines, L-shaped computer desks are shipped in multiple packages. You will also receive all the corresponding tracking numbers to know that the product is shipped in multiple packages.

Can I change my delivery address after I order?

Please contact our customer service via email if an address change is required. Our team will check whether this is possible and get back to you as soon as possible.

Can the courier notify me in advance by phone or email when delivery is made?

The logistics companies we work with do not currently offer an advance notice service. You can check the status of your order in the tracking email you receive or log in to My Orders to check the status. Or contact us for help.

Can I request a delay in delivery?

Yes, but only before the order is shipped. You can delay delivery by contacting our customer service or leaving us a message when ordering. Please note: Orders can only be delayed up to 2 weeks.


Can I set a specific date for delivery? For example, if I'm only available next Tuesday.

If you need delivery on a specific day, please go to the logistics company's platform via your tracking email or "My Orders" to select the desired delivery date.

What happens if I'm not there on the expected delivery date?

Normally the courier tries to deliver the package 3 times. If the 3 attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be left at the parcel station, with a neighbour or in a safe place until you pick it up. We recommend that you track the status of your package in "My Orders" or by clicking "Track My Order". If your package is returned to the logistics company's warehouse, you can contact the delivery service using the tracking link to arrange a new delivery date.
