Holiday Return Policy
We are dedicated to helping you create the most festive and cozy home this holiday season. We want to make sure that your holiday online shopping experience is safe and convenient, so we've extended our return policy through the holiday season.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, return the item to us using the free prepaid return label attached. After receiving the goods, we will arrange for a refund of the purchase price.
Unwanted goods
If an item has been ordered incorrectly or is no longer desired, please contact us by e-mail admin@egyptianqueen.nl or contact our customer service Via WhatsApp chat +31619578552. We will help you and provide you with all the details to solve your problem.
We offer all customers a 14 day refund, but we do not cover the shipping costs for returning unwanted goods. To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned unused, re-saleable and in their original packaging. No goods may be returned without our permission; this may result in you not receiving a refund.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method and will take 2 to 3 days to be processed and deposited into your account. You will be notified as soon as we have received the item and it has been processed. If your refund has not been processed four weeks after you returned the item(s), please contact us. Missing parts If any parts appear to be missing from your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery Via WhatsApp chat +31619578552 or via our email address admin@egyptianqueen.nl so we can help you resolve the problem to solve. When contacting us, please ensure you include the item name and code, along with the part you believe is missing.
Cancellation of damaged goods
If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us by email or contact our customer service team as soon as possible on admin@egyptianqueen.nl or WhatsApp chat +31619578552 . We will help you and provide you with the necessary information, including ways to solve the problem. No goods may be returned without our permission. All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging.

We will check this after the item has been returned. If we conclude there is a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement item or issue a full refund. Items must be unused and packaged as new and must not show any signs of misuse/intentional damage.
Are all products covered by the warranty?
The legal warranty applies to items you purchase under name of Aosom brand. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.

Cancelling orders
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp chat +31619578552 (Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm). If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and refund the value of the item(s). However, due to our 24-hour shipping time, we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled on time. If your order has been shipped, please follow our returns procedure as described above or refuse delivery and inform us so that we can assist you with the refund. Accepting Orders We may be unable to fulfil an order due to product quantities, errors in product information, or payment issues, which may require us to cancel the order. Under certain circumstances, we require additional verification information before accepting an order. We will contact you if any of the above circumstances occur. Both parties agree that once one or more items have been shipped, transportation will be by a third party courier company, with entire ownership and responsibility for the products remaining with the buyer; all associated liability claims and risks during transport are borne by the buyer. egyptinqueen.nl reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via the contact form. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
Please note:
Products must be returned in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as an item didn't fit, didn't like the color, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc. We
will refund the cost of the shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
How to Return an Item
We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. Please log in your account and apply for a return in My Orders. Or, you can contact our Customer Service via Email citing the order number and reasons (attaching photos if necessary). Our customer service will be happy to assist with your return.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we'll make it right by:
Sending you replacement parts or accessories
Replacing the product or issuing a refund
Covering the cost of any return shipping
*If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.
How to use the return label:
Remove all existing shipping labels from the package. Attach the return label to the largest side of your package, making sure that it cannot be removed. Then, take the package with the return label to a parcel shop .Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
